Will there be cigar smoking indoors?
No. We will have two outdoor heated patios where smokers can sit down and enjoy a relaxing cigar. The Hitching Post Galery will provide a large selection of cigars to buy.
If I bought a sampling ticket with a VIP upgrade and am planning on coming early at 5:00 can my guest that bought a non-sampling ticket get in early with me?
Yes. As long as they are attending with a VIP ticket holder they are good to join you early at 5PM.
Are non-sampling tickets allowed in the VIP downstairs area?
Non-sampling tickets are only allowed in the VIP downstairs area if they have purchased a non-sampling VIP upgrade. This upgrade allows them to experience the VIP atmosphere without sampling.
Who gets access to the smoked cocktail room downstairs?
The smoked cocktail room is part of the VIP experience. Those that have upgraded their tickets to VIP will have access to the smoked cocktail room.
What does the cash bar include?
Our cash bar will include a selection of red and white wine, spirits, specialty cocktails, and beer.
Can I bring my own cigars?
Yes, you may bring your own cigars or buy from our cigar station with The Cigar Box which will be offering a selection of cigars, cuts, and lights for anyone lucky enough to indulge. There will be a place to smoke at the After Party at Grinners as well.
How many tastings does my ticket include?
The sampling ticket with a VIP upgrade includes unlimited whiskey tastings at all booths and in the VIP areas. The sampling ticket includes unlimited whiskey tastings at all booths other than the bottles in the VIP areas. The non-sampling ticket only gets you access to the food offerings and cash bar options.
Is there parking at the event venue?
Yes! There is parking at the Prairie Sky Venue. Parking is limited but can be arranged on the north and South end of the venue. Our transportation to and from our drop locations is complimentary and encouraged for the highest amount of convenience and safety.
Can I leave my car parked at the venue overnight?
Yes. Prairie Sky Venue does allow parking overnight, cars do need to be picked up by 10am the following day, please.
Does the event start right at 6 pm or can I come and go throughout the night?
As a ticket holder, you will be able to come and go inside our venue as you please as each person will have an identifier of the level of ticket they purchased.
